I got my real estate license at 19 — and in my first year, I became the only agent in my market to close over $1 million in real estate volume as a first-year agent. By 22, I was a homeowner myself, with a couple of investment properties already under my belt. I don't just talk about building wealth through real estate — I participate in the market alongside my clients.
I started Panuco Properties because I saw a gap. Property owners were either burning out managing rentals themselves, or handing their assets to management companies that treated them like a number. I built this around a different standard — one I apply to my own properties first.
Outside of real estate, I train in combat sports. That discipline taught me something that directly shapes how I manage your property: the ability to assess risk clearly, stay composed under pressure, and understand that preparation before the problem matters more than reacting once it's here.
